Norazilawati Rohanuddin, or better known as Azi; was my desk partner in class during our Secondary 3.. back in year 1994 in CBN. A bright student she was (no doubt she still is now).. always inspiring and amazingly motivating.
Looks like she has finally found her Mr. Right.. while the rest of us will just have to settle with their Mr. Right Now  Or even worse, Mr. No One At All 
For Azi & Asrul, I wish the both of u a happy marriage, filled with true love.. until the end of time.. Insya Allah.

SABRINA & ASMEL'S WEDDING!
|

Attended my very good friend's wedding in Shah Alam last Saturday, and I couldn't help but feel truly happy for both sab & asmel, as i've known them way way back.. since those memorable years in UPM.
Also met with alot of ex-Uni mates there.. whom i've not been seeing or heard from for ages, since after graduation. How their faces have changed so very drastically.. How everyone still look awesome..! Tie looked as if she had never gone thru pregnancy before.. she was just lookin' as gorgeous as always  and Fizzie... with a slimmer n radiant look, Bunnie with a superb hair do, Mazny.. looking fairer and fairer...Oh, my girlfriends are all pretty, lovely girls! 
But I guess, Sab was undoubtedly the most prettiest girl on that day.. They are both so lucky to have found each other, and I wish them a happy marriage until the end of time.. Insya Allah.
So Asmel, u betta take good care of her n love her and only her, all ur entire life...! God Bless.

One thing I enjoy about being a Johorean.. The food, that's why..! My all-time favourite is definitely the most famous Laksa Johor.. can never get enuf of it! Not forgetting, kuah lodeh with sambal kacang and sambal goreng jawa with lots n lots of tempe( I'm of Javanese blood..so, tempe is almost a must!) 
And talking about those irrisistable kuih raya.. Ohh.. I'm lovin all of it! Those traditional kuih such as samprit, baulu, kuih bangkit especially... uuwh... turns me on and gets me high!

I've always loved going back to my grandparent's house in Pontian, but for some inexplicable and sad reasons, I had never gotten the chance to visit this house as often as I wanted to.. despite all the many chances and time.
Well, celebrating Syawal here in this house was never the same & will never be the same again.. with the non-presence of my late grandfather, Pak Yai, whom had passed away about 4 weeks ago... May Allah protect his soul and may he be placed in the highest Heaven above.. Al-Fatihah.
Being close to my grandfather at the time when he was still alive.. the sadness was just too much for me to handle, even until now. Hence, the tears that I had when visiting his grave, when looking at my lonesome grandma lying helplessly on bed, when staring blankly at everything in the house which would remind me of how great a man he once had been.. to the society, to his wife, to the family, and personally to me.
My grandfather will forever be the man I would always look up to.
He may be gone, but he lives forever in my heart.

My Mate's Engagement
|

Ziela a.k.a Atai is my super good friend thru out our UPM years together.. I've known her since Matrix year in 1997. She had been my ex-course mate.. my ex-dorm mate, my ex-college mate.. and my ex-room mate.. And oh,also not forgetting.. my ex-bed mate (yeah, yeah.. both of us slept on one bed on many ocassions last time, hehehe!).
God.. reminiscing on those crazy, silly things we did back then.. the fun we had, the moments of ups and downs that we shared together.. I still can't believe that this wacko cracko girl here is actually engaged to her beloved beau now!
Her engagement took place on the 3rd day of raya.. Too bad I couldn't make it, as I was still in Johore. Anyhow, she emailed me some of the photos taken during the ceremony and I just thought I'd publish it here for you guys to see..
Congratulations Mate..! May Allah bless you with happiness and good fortune in life..
